Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription to the e-Sign Meta app at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the app until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds:

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your request and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued for unused portions of your subscription or in cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the app. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the content or features of the app.

Refund Process:

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and we will notify you of the outcome within a week(i.e., 7 Working Days from your transaction date). If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 Working days.
